ARSC Hacks Blog

If any of you need to be on YouTube, Facebook, or any site that is blocked on your school, I've made a proxy you can use to browse the web anonymously! I uploaded it to the main site: http://www.arschacks.com/proxy. Everything should be working, you can log in and everything. If some java or flash doesn't work on a certain site, it must be because your school computers suck or you just need to install another browser (ie: Firefox, Chrome).

The main site is down... I'm trying to change the nameservers with my domain provider to change it back again so I'll post a new blog post when it works again. In the meantime, sign up to my forums: http://www.arschacks.freeforums.org

Just a quick update. I finally installed a "toolbar" on all of the parts of the site. Check it out (it should appear on your browser below.
It was pretty easy to install and if you have a website/blog you should get it from here: [link].

Version 0.8 of the homebrew channel and beta 6 of bootmii has been released! Here are the new features:
- Homebrew Channel has USB 2.0 support. If you have a version below 4.3 and want USB 2.0 support, go into the homebrew browser, Utilities, then download the IOS58 installer. If you don't have internet access on your Wii then here is the installer's wiki page: http://wiibrew.org/wiki/IOS58_Installer
- General Bug fixes to Bootmii.

Ok it's been confirmed. Smash Stack doesn't work, the wiki page is apparently misleading. What you can do now is two things: Either try Indiana Pwns or WAIT PATIENTLY until an exploit is found. I will be one of the first to know and will make a tutorial as QUICKLY as I can. People just be patient...

I am sorry to say that the forums will be down for about a week or so. I am trying to find another webhost that can support the forums and the site. For now, the site will be hosted with my domain provider. I have everything backed up so it isn't really a problem. I just need to find a better webhost. So in the meantime, the only thing available is the actual site and blog. Sorry for the inconvinience.

Well that didn't take long at all! The site and it's forums are now working. :D

My web host provider is having some problems with the web and MySQL servers and so the website is temporarily down. I have contacted them already and they said that the problem is not serious and they will be able to fix it soon (within 2 - 3 days or sooner). So there is nothing to worry about, I have the site and forums backed up. All we need is patience. Sorry for the inconvenience guys.

Hackers at Wiiso.com have joined together and formed a custom game development team to do remakes and texture edits of games. This game that I am featuring here is a remake of New Super Mario Bros. Wii. It will be texture edited with remakes of all the levels in Super Mario Bros. for the original NES, wii-style!

Woot! ARSCHacks.com is finally back! After searching and searching for a perfect web host with 99.9% of server uptime I FINALLY found one! However, I'm very sorry for the inconvenience of having the site down for 3 weeks or so. Because of this I was unable to make videos. Thankfully now that that problem is solved I can finally get to the EPIC video ideas I have planned.

Important news:
As of now (Feb. 4, '10) I have a Wii hacking tutorial 96% finished and it should be uploaded in a day or so. It will be my first video to have VOICE! So I'm very exited :) After that video is released, I will start making the next videos I have planned, which I think you will enjoy ;)

Thank you for everyone that subscribed to me in the past year! If you don't already know, I started 2010 by hitting the 1,000 subscriber milestone! So I'm hoping for the best this year :)

Yes, the site is down. I don't know how long it will be down but the crappy web host I'm using is just failing right now. I am doing everything I can to find another decent web host that doesn't have frequent server downtimes...
